The Visual Editor doesn't work

    I have WP 4.2.2 and Weaver Xtreme. I can only edit pages with the text tab and my client doesn’t know how to code.

    I changed themes, I disabled all the plugins and still no Visual Editor.
    I also re installed WordPress.

    I am building a website where just a blog existed. The old website is still up and I will take it down when the new website is complete. Here is the URL, but you won’t be able to see the problem as it can only be viewed in dashboard: rubyreusable.com/artblog/
