The VAT details are not valid. Please check each field and try again

Greetings,
we just bought the “Jetpack Social Basic” service but we have a big problem when we add VAT details. In fact, your system did not accept our tax billing data during the purchase, returning the error “The VAT details are not valid. Please check each field and try again.” And even by entering these data later from the page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/vat-details it does not accept them, returning the same error. But our data is absolutely correct and we cannot understand why you do not accept it.
Please can we email you our tax details and do you add them so that we can issue regular invoices to us, even in the future? A thousand thanks.
