The variants group by the child

The issue at hand is caused by the value in your Facebook pixel content_ids parameter. In the screenshot you added it shows ‘ISP001_2657’, that ISP001_2657 then also needs to be in the g:id field of your feed and judging from the first screenshot you added this is not the case, it contains a slightly different formatted value.

I tried to change the group ID to match “ISP001_2657”. However, the attribute “SKU_ITEM_GROUP_ID” is also using a child ID as the group ID.

Is the problem causing by the Facebook plugin? I am using the following Facebook plugin:

You are still loading the ISP001_2657 values in your Facebook pixel content_ids. That product ID won’t be in your Facebook catalogue (2657 is). So you need to make sure the ISP001_ part is not in the Facebook pixel.

But that content ID is generated by the following plugin, right?

I am trying to use the rule to change the group ID. However, it is also changing the group ID that is not matching the value. Is it something wrong!

That won’t work indeed. You really need to get the issue with the Facebook plugin solved.

However, the problem is still alive after the group ID changed to ISP001_2657! It is needing a content ID that is ISP001_2657.

The plugin Facebook for WooCommerce, they can’t fix the issue too. However, I fixed the issue with Advanced Custom Fields. Then added a new field for that Group ID and add ID manually.
