The user’s signature is not displayed in the submissions.

    This is how the signature field appears in entries on wp and in the email respectively.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    In our testing environment, the signature field works and appears in the entries. Please check this video. If you are using any cache plugin on your site keep it disabled for some time then check again. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed.

    If the issue persists then please send your website’s system info from Elementor > System Info. We will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible.
