    Hi, we have a large site (4000 users) using Ultimate Member and the user cache is paralyzing our wp_options query time. How do you disable it completely and how can I clean up the database of this data that has increased the size of the wp_options table a lot?

    Thanks.

    Disable cache:
    UM -> Settings -> Misc -> Disable Cache User Profile

    Remove cache from wp_options table:
    UM -> Dashboard -> Clear cache of X users

    Thanks @missveronicatv for the reply. By doing what you told me, all rows created in my wp_options table will be removed.

    Don’t risk damaging the site? Sorry but I’m not a technician and I’m afraid of damaging something.

    @calle81

    You can remove without damaging because this cache is built up during usage of UM.

    Perhaps you should regurarly hit the dashboard button to clear the cache and use a more uptodate cache. Cache size depends on how many users you have active. Less active users are also cached and might be the cause for your wp_options table issues.
