The "use first post image options" is not working using coraline theme

The following feature is not working on my site https://www.harlemcondolife.com which is using the Coraline theme. I can’t seem to troubleshoot. Can you help? Thank you. Herve’
“If activated the rule is used automatically while saving a post to set the first content image as the featured image of the post. If the post has no content images the next rules will be applied.”
