The usage is very slow, as are the support responses

The calendar is very slow in selecting days. In my configuration, I select 1 to 3 days depending on the service, and it’s only available in certain months. This configuration is available, but it’s very slow to use.
I’ve contacted support, who take several days to reply. They try to divert the subject with each reply, which takes an enormous amount of time.
I’d rather give this service provider one star for not taking problem requests seriously.
