    Hi Support,

    Greetings! Thanks for the great plugin! I have encountered an issue when trying to upload a PDF document only if the file size is more than 140kb (it happen occasionally). No issue with file size below 140kb.

    Could you advise? I have tried to increase the max file limit on PHP.INI and htaccess method to 64MB, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work.

    Hello @janetong ,

    May I know the exact size allowed on your WordPress Media Library?

    It seems like it’s a file server configuration issue.

    Can you check if there’s any error.log or debug.log on your server?
