The update is breaking our websites

  • Hi, we have this plugin on over 100 websites. We have updated 4 websites with the plugin and it has broken each website. Are you able to look into this error for us and fix the plugin update?

    This is the error we get on all sites after updating the plugin –>

    We are aware please dont update anymore. If you dont know how to fix this i have posted a sticky with a short term fix.

    Are you able to respond to this thread when it is safe to update?

    I will notify everyone. I have spoken to wordpress directly and paused this update as most are aware its a long weekend in the U.S.A and Canada so will be tue ish.

    No worries! We always test our updates on development urls before updating the live website…so it is all good.

    I think you deserve quite a few stiff drinks and relaxation!! Enjoy your weekend too!
