    Hi guys,

This is a new error message in the latest update (0.7.2) to better reflect when it occurs. This means that although the plugin was expecting an array of Tweets with items like ‘created_at’ inside it, this was not found.

This likely means that something has gone wrong when processing the Tweet data and this has traditionally been a character encoding issue. If you receive this error message, I would ask that you install this debugging version of the plugin:

Kebo Twitter Feed – Debug Version of 0.7.2

This will send me (and only me) an email with the data available when important and when rendering the Twitter Feed. This will allow me to quickly identify what is causing the problem and fix it.

I am very sorry for the problems some of you have experienced and am dedicated to resolving the problems, so that everyone can have the great hassle-free experience that Kebo Twitter Feed was designed to be.

Our thanks to everyone who has installed the debugging version of the plugin so far, it has helped us to identify inputs from Twitter that were not expected at all.

We are working to deal with all the identified problems.

    Hi Peter,
after the 0.76 update, I get a “Tweet The data is not in the expected format.” or there is placed the plugin.
I deleted the connection with your plugin, then I reactivated, clearing the cache, but it changes nothing.

    If it helps

works prefectly with the 0.7.8 update

    Great!

    Hi derosieres,

Would you be able to give me the Twitter account that you have this problem with? It would also give me more information if you could install this version of the plugin: https://kebopowered.com/files/plugins/debug/kebo-twitter-feed.zip (but not required)

I worked closely with another user yesterday, which has helped me to track down a very odd problem in which some sites Tweet data gets corrupted by certain characters and not others, which I am trying to reproduce at the moment.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I am working hard to ensure that eventually no-one will experience issues like this anymore.
