I downloaded this image and converted it locally. The alpha channel is preserved and there are no problems with transparency. Does the problem also affect other files?

@cheonmu, please copy these files from FTP and send me as a zip. Perhaps when I save them through the browser, the problem disappears. Use an FTP client to download them

I checked all files and I don’t have a problem. This may be due to a specific PHP distribution, but I can’t check it. Which library do you use – GD orImagick? Is the problem occurring on both?

    Hi, @mateuszgbiorczyk

I am using ‘GD’ only. not installed Imagick in my server.

I will try to install Imagick and run and check server configuration or other plugins again.

If i found solution, will report here

Is it any way possible to convert from only png files to webp ?

If i using “Force convert all images again”, all of image file are converted, isnt it?

    Thank you.

Yes, when you use this option, all files will be converted. @cheonmu, were you able to solve the problem by installing Imagick?
