I have contacted Authorize.net and they said they changed to cloudflare and I needed to install and trust a new certificate obtained on this page: https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-Authorize-Nets-SSL-Certificate-for-my-host-solution-provider
My hosting provider has installed and trusted the certificate, but the error remains. Is there any insight from your point of view that can help me diagnose this issue?

If it is already installed, then they will need to provide you with the full response string for an order that is failing, so that we can determine where the issue lies. That error doesn’t tell me why it’s not connecting properly.”
