    Hi Support.
I’ve gotten two emails saying I’ve received 19 and 21 email submissions. I’ve actually received none. I’ve test the form to send myself an email through the WPForm and I’ve received the email so the form seems to be working. Can you help determine why the counts are incorrect “Weekly WPForms Summary”?

    Thanks. Love the forms!

  • Hi @mysticbay,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

As different ISPs and email service providers use different factors as metrics to filter spam or block emails, some email addresses may receive the notification email, while some do not.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure an SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??

    Hi @mysticbay,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
