• Hi

I just noticed this, when I am on my site and I login as Admin and go back to the website, the wp top ribbon menu doesn’t show. I am using the updated and latest version of “udesign” theme from themeforest as well as latest wp (4.7) still the issue continues. Any idea?

In your user profile, ensure that “Show Toolbar when viewing site” is checked. I’m not sure why but I’ve had this setting get unchecked for no apparent reason before. If that checks out, check you page HTML source. If the menu HTML exists at the bottom of the source HTML, then there’s some CSS rule hiding it, use your browser’s CSS analyzer to identify the rule to alter.

If there’s no menu HTML and the option is checked, revert your site to the basic installation with no plugins and a default twenty* theme. The menu should show now. Restore your theme, then activate plugins one by one. Reload a page after each change. When the menu disappears again, you’ve identified the problem entity.
