The toolbar has disappeared

    Hi again,

    I’ve just been adding a new post to the website and when I’m within a new post/page, the bar which allows us to select bold, justified etc isn’t showing – have I accidentally removed it? If so how can I get it back please?

  • Hello Jen, can you please provide some explanatory screenshots?

    You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

    Usually above the visual/text option there is a bar which allows us to select bold, justified etc and add web links, it seems to have disappeared? I think perhaps the ‘toolbar toggle’ isn’t working?

    Hello Jen,

    You can try to deactivate all your plugins except recommended for Moesia theme, and see if it helps.

    Hi Roman,

    I don’t think I have any unrecommended plugins. Could the problem lie with the Toolset Types plugin? It says it needs to be updated but that I need to purchase a subscription or enter a key – is this plugin essential for Moesia?

    Hello Jen,

    It is essential because it registers custom post types, but you can replace Toolset Types plugin with aThemes Toolbox if you have the latest Moesia theme version installed.
