the title and the content switches from Arabic language to English letters

  • Our website is in Arabic language, the plugin was working fine, then all of sudden, when you write a post title and content, after you click save draft, the Arabic title, content and categories turn to English letters. We looked at the plugin mode and we tried each mode , because we thought there was the problem, and after we tried each mode, still the problem exist.

    Any post or page that we are trying to publish have the same problem. And as explained above, title, content and categories turn to English letters, once you click on save draft. It does n’t change all to English letters at the same time. Title changes to English letters, then content every time you add or edit content and you click save draft.

    Can you please advise what is the solution.

    Thank you for your response. Just to give you an update about the problem that I mentioned before. Now the problem still exists as follows: when you write the title in Arabic, and after you click save draft, the title turns to English letters. So, i have to go to quick edit under the post title and correct the title from English letters to Arabic. This is the only way that works to correct the title. Other times, the title turns to English letters in seconds and switches to the correct Arabic by itself without the need of using quick edit to correct it to Arabic. The categories also are switched to English letters. In general, this languages problem happens once you click save draft. The content, sometimes it turns to English letters and other times it doesn’t.

    Haven’t heard from you about the problem we are still facing with the plugin and i explained it before, it is 2 months now and still you did not respond with any solution!
