when i give [APCL] it didn’t work so after i read the forum i tried [APCL_MOBILE] and it works. so that is i’m using now. ok i will explain the issue.when i click the “schedule new appointment” button a tiny calendar and an input box which shows the appointment date and a service drop down list with next button appears. my issue is with the date.

1) the calendar shows November 2013 and if i click on the arrow mark i goes to 2014.

2) And on clicking that month arrow the calendar comes in front of the input box by hiding it.

3) the “your appointment date” input box always shows the current date. when i select any other date for example if i select tomorrow the input box wont change.

ok.. i changed my site. so i resolved my issues. can u explain how i can use the “services” for doctor appointment,if the doctor i working in 3 different hospitals in different timings? how can i avoid showing the cost in the services?

Hi Nikki,

Cost in the Service list can be hide/show from Settings page in plugin menu.

Appointment calendar allows to use It only for 1 Location at a time.

Multiple location booking is a premium feature and only available after customization.

so which files should i edit so that for each new services under one category different timings can be shown. for example, i have a service category named “hospitals”. in that i added 3 hospitals name as services. then the admin can enter the starting and ending time in the duration instead of entering only numbers in the duration box. thus when each service is selected by the client different timings can be shown.
that is:
if hospital 1 is selected then the timing should be in between 6.30am to 8.30am. and if hospital 2 is selected then the timing should be in between 6.30pm to 8.30 pm.

please help me with your suggestions so that i can edit the code files.

Hi, Frank i have edited the files services,manage-services etc. now i need to show the time slot calendar starting with the start time given for the particular service and shows all times with +30 minutes from start time upto the end time. i know i need to custom the time-slots-calculation.php file. but i dont know how to built a time slot calendar.

It’s too complex to implement feature in Free version. And required more time & testings.

I have already pointed out One Appointment Calendar allows to provide services only at One location. So, how It’s possible to provide different services at different times in Two Hospital with One Appointment Calendar.

We don’t have multiple location feature right now.
