Hi, I am trying to figure out why when I am displaying time field from PODS with Elementor Pro, it is showing in this format 12:00:00. I do not need the seconds.
On pods time I am using WordPress default: 10:36 (this is how it is showing there). When I go to WordPress Settings -> General – Time format is set to: H:i

I’ve tried different options with the PODS field setting it to: 12 Hour, 24 Hour, Custom format but unfortunately the result is the same.

I am using Elementor dynamic fields to generate the data coming from the pods custom field.

Hi, I am trying to figure out why when I am displaying time field from PODS with Elementor Pro

You won’t get support here. You are an Elementor Pro user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hi @jdembowski it does not matter if I am using Elementor Pro or just Elementor. The same result is reproduced both ways. I just mentioned Elementor Pro as I am currently with Pro enabled.

You are a Elementor Pro customer. That means rather than waiting possibly weeks for support from the support that you paid for you can get marquee service there.

That’s literally what you paid for with that GPL’ed code.

If the developer sees this topic they will tell you the same thing and will not support you here. They are very good that way. I’m not closing this topic but you’re asking for support in the wrong venue and odds are you will not get support.

Just a note from the Pods side, which I think is where the problem lies here — the setting on your time field needs to be set to the display option you want. Look under the field’s Additional Options and adjust as needed to be sure it doesn’t use a format that has seconds.

If the Elementor Pro integration with Pods is still showing the problem (I think Pro is where they added some of the Pods related tweaks) — I agree with Jan that you should contact the Elementor Pro team for further help.
