what are you using as the date format string?

you posssibly need to escape the d, e and r characters; like so:

'l, \d\e\r j. F Y'

if you haven’t edited or added those date formats, then this could be caused by the original plugin files, so you might need to ask at the plugin’s forum https://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/forum/
