The theme directory “customizr” does not exist

  • Please help resolve. Recently discovered that my website is blank and upon logging to the backend in the theme section, the customizr theme and child theme are both blank with these references:

    ERROR: The theme directory “customizr” does not exist.

    customizr Version: false
    By false

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Sorry, I am not able to replicate your issue. Theme folder name does not change unless someone modifies it.

    I suggest you to re-install your theme.
