    Hi,
I have a problem with my cart.

If I add an error message to the cart and click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ the template /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/cart-errors.php is not loaded.

In fact it should prevent you from completing the order and displaying the message ‘There are some issues with the items on your cart. Please go back to the cart page and resolve these issues before checking out. ‘ but this does not happen.

    How can I solve it?

    Thank you.

    Hey there!

Can you please send me some steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? I am not sure what you mean when you say: “If I add an error message to the cart”

Also, a URL is very helpful to us in helping you with issues.

    Thanks, have a great one!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
