The tech support is amazing!

I’m a newbie using WordPress, and trying to bring online payments to a non-profit group. The WP Simple Pay plugin has been a perfect plugin for us. It is light-weight, simple, and does what we want. I did have a few stumbling blocks, and their technical support were so patient in working with me to resolve them. We are only a single site user, yet we were treated like a major customer. I got responses right away, and they went above and beyond until my questions were completely resolved. Thanks so much!
