When trying to restore the db from a recent backup, I got the above message and the back failed and now the db is messed up. I can still access the site, but cannot activate or deactivate plugins, the media library doesn’t show and all images are missing in pages and not sure what else right at the moment. Thankfully it is the staging server, so no huge issue, but need it resolved

    Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ )

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

There was not that much in the log file, so was easy enough to just paste it here

    Hi,

That’s not the right log file – no restore has been started in that log file; you need to look for another one.

Cheers for your reply. In the end, it was far too cumbersome trying to supply the log files, ALL of which had that same content you saw. Instead, I simply pulled all the data from my live site back to the staging server and it is fine. Now it is fine, though not sure I’ll be utilising the free version of the plugin again
