    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Yeah, I know what you mean, and I have experienced it myself. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a good solution yet, but I hope to be able to make this better when I rewrite the “Edit” screen in the future.

The problem usually is that the web browser has problems handling the large number of input fields. Some users have achieved a faster performance when using Internet Explorer here (yes, that’s surprising), which presumably has a better management of those input fields.

Another workaround would be to edit the table externally, e.g. in Excel, and then re-importing it from a CSV file, choosing to replace the existing table.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Hi, can you include a pagination in this edit page?

I use Chrome and the page is very slow and stop to work!

    The plugin is not usable

    Hi,

pagination won’t really work, as all form fields have to be on the page, when the form is submitted.
My idea is to switch to a solution that stores the data in a different way, so that a form field will only be necessary for the currently edited cell. This should really make things faster, even for very big tables.

Would the other suggestions from my first reply maybe work, i.e. switching to Internet Explorer when editing tables, or editing the table in Excel and re-importing it as a CSV file?

    Tobias

    Hi,

hmm, that must be a very big table then. How many columns does it have?

How about the re-import approach then? Other than that, I don’t see a workaround here at the moment, sorry ??

    Regards,
    Tobias
