The Synchronization don’t work

  • This plugin has a serious issue with synchronization.
    It works almost well for products without variants. But just one variant and the hell started.
    The support is very vague and they don’t look like they want to help.
    I’ve tried for about one week to put a product with variations and the only answer from their support is that a plugin should be interfering or to increase the PHP execution time.
    I’ve tried but it didn’t work.
    I’ve realized that if I need a specific and exclusive installation to use with Woocomerce and Printful, it totally lost the point and it would better for me to go to another solution.
    I was almost forgetting; even for the single product, the sync does not work well.
    If I am having problems configuring the store, I have no confidence to put it to real operation.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with our Woocommerce plugin. We’ve looked into the errors you experienced and the Woocommerce system logs provided by you. There are quite a few plugins that you are using, and we noticed that one of them was the Jetpack plugin. Jetpack plugin is currently not supported by our integration and could have been the culprit for the error.
