    It’s very tricky… and make me crazy…

    The sync doesn’t work on my website since a couple of days : https://www.villamenerbellec.com/tarifs/
    If I do the sync manually on the admin panel : I have ? Calendar Synchronized successfully ?, the last sync date looks good, but I’ve nothing on the website…
    The Ical looks great (it works on TripAdvisor).

    I tried everything :
    1/ disable all plugin -> no sync
    2/ I deleted VR Calendar and uploaded it again -> same issue
    3/ I used an another website to test it (with same plugins, same configuration, same template) : It works ! -> why it doesn’t work on my initial website if it works in another website (exactly the same website but for another rental vacation)
    -> I tried another Ical Link on my initial website : Same issue (no sync)

    It makes me crazy!!!! I don’t understand where is the issue. I don’t think HomeAway blocked the sync only for my initial website…

    Do you have an idea what can I do ?
    As you can imagine, it’s a big issue for my website to have no calendar updated…

  • If I understand it. the program should be an element of the hotel business to trust 100%.
    It sounds complicated, as if any variable in your site that is affecting the plugin, or can also be a problem vrCalendar
    * How good we know is that at the other site if it works.

    Another thing you could do is try creating another schedule with a different name point to the same ical

    Yes it’s very tricky because vrCalendar work very well on my 2nd website (exactly the same configuration but for another Vacation Rental). I tried on this 2nd website to change the Ical link and it works! But not on my initial website….

    As the calendar is very important for my Vacation Rental, I’ve to find a solution: I’ll switch for another Calendar plugin… Sorry, no choice. I’ve already spent 3 full days to try to fix it.
