    I created a quiz on the attached URL and it works well on desktop. Once the user clicks “get results” a form pops up for lead gen – and once submitted, the results are showcased.

    However, on mobile device – once you click “get results” after completing the quiz, nothing happens. The form doesn’t appear and nothing loads.

    I’ve tried clearing caches on both mobile and desktop, the theme isn’t an issue as it’s a WordPress Hello theme and has worked in the past, so I’m unsure why I’m encountering this issue purely on mobile device.

    Please help – I really don’t want to rebuild the entire quiz on another plugin after doing all this work.

    I hope things are going well for you.

    We attempted to submit the quiz on both iOS and Android devices, and everything worked smoothly. I’d like to attach screen recordings from both devices so you can review them. Please let us know if there’s anything else you’d like us to check.

    Additionally, we conducted a test on the desktop as well, which worked too.

    We didn’t replicate any issues while submitting the quiz. Probably your mobile browser may be conflicting.

    Have you tried checking with another mobile browser application or using mobile data? You can also share your device model and browser name so we can conduct an additional test.

    Thank you so much for getting back to me. The issue turned out to be the fact that I replicated the form for mobile only (so I had a version for desktop and a version for mobile – hiding each one respectively in the ‘responsive’ menu). I didn’t think this would be an issue, but once I removed the second version, it all worked on mobile. Thanks again!
