The “Submit” button is not blocked

I am using CF7 as the front-end posting interface. In this case, the user attaches some files to the message. Therefore, after clicking on the “Submit” button, it takes a lot of time before receiving an error or successfully submitting the form.
Some impatient users click on the “Submit” button even though the download icon is spinning next to the button ??
As a result, I get several posts created by the user in just one second!
Is it possible to disable the ability to press the “Submit” button again while the loader icon is spinning? So that the possibility of re-sending appears later, in case of errors in the form, for example.
