Hi, We are about to purchase the pro version of the module in order to benefit from the PDF option. The issue is that we set up the forms using the free version, and for each form, we configured email notifications to be sent to the client based on certain conditions (depending on what they check or select from the dropdown). The problem is that the forms containing these conditions are sent very slowly. I have to wait approximately 2-3 minutes for a form to be sent. Can you help us with this error? How can we improve the submission time?

    Hi @anabalan

Hope this message finds you well.

There is a known thing when it comes to forms using a lot of Conditionals specially when using it in fields, but, we would like to reproduce the same on our side.

Could you export your form using the guide on this link: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export? Once exported, kindly use a Cloud service like Google Drive, pastebin.com, or similar to share it. If you have sensitive data, please duplicate the form, remove it, and export the form.

    Best regards,
    Laura

    Hi @anabalan

Thank you for your form. I imported this form to my lab site and made multiple submissions, each time choosing a different item from select. The issue mentioned by us above is related to conditional logic when it comes to multiple fields, which has no place in your case as you simply have multiple conditional logic setup in email notification.

Following my lab tests and those multiple submissions, each time form was sent immediately and I could not replicate the issue mentioned by you.

Can you run both tests on your site and see does any of those will give better results? One of the tests is to check does any other plugin, like SMTP, security, or any other does not block that send request and slow it down.

    1. Please duplicate your form and remove all email notifications and see if form will be send faster.
    2. Please run a conflict test Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
