The subject field is not displayed

    Hello, the subject field is not displayed on the form. Do you have any idea what the problem is?

    Hi @ms06

    In the “General options” for the plugin, around the middle you’ll see the option called “Default Subject”.

    If that option has a value then that value will be used as a subject.

    If you want the visitors to fill in the subject then remove the value from that option, if it’s empty then the subject field shows up.
