  • Hi!

    Do you have a link to that page where it happens so that I could try it?

    Does the same happen when you deactivate all other plugins?

    Please also send the shortcode that you used.

    Normally, depending on the shortcode parameters, it should be always like taggy.jpg or always like taggy2.jpg, but not changing.

    Yes, you can see here: https://jhuesa.com/noticias/

    The shortcode is: [tag_groups_cloud smallest=14 largest=14 include=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]

    thanks so much.

    According to your shortcode, the tag cloud on https://jhuesa.com/noticias/ looks good. The other one looks like without “smallest” and “largest”.

    Is it possible that you use different shortcodes on different parts of your web site? Some themes offer different widget areas for the front page and for tag/post/… pages. So maybe you use two widgets with different shortcodes.

    Sometimes also emptying the cache can help.

    If you make a change in the shortcode, for example you add to the parameters
    append=" {count}"
    – does the post count then appear in all tag clouds? If not, it looks like the wrong cloud is using a different widget.

    I didn’t find a wrong setting. I have fixed it through CSS. Thanks for the support.
