    Another question, less important, is how to desactivate shipping option because we sell only digital tickets !

    @litoko, Sorry for the delay, can you tell me which payment gateways you are using?
    Also, are there any other plugin you are using that might be changing the checkout behavior? Did you tried to disable them and then see if the problem goes away?
    Another way is to switch to basic twenty theme then run some test to see if you get that working as expected?

    Secondly, you can set your products as virtual , also you can enable no shipping required on the product level. We have give option to bulk enable no shipping required , you can simply go to wp-admin > settings > paypal for woocommerce > tools

    Please check those options and let me know what you got after testing.

    Hi Sir.
    Thank you very much for back.

    We are using Paypal Express Checkout option.

    We have checking all plugins but no problems with it.

    Indeed with Check payment there are no problem !

    We have install WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers to avoid the problem of invoice number but we don’t know why we are obligated to do it.

    How much is it to make an audit of the website ?

    Okay, so with EC or any other gateways from our plugins we have not received any reports of double stock Nor we were able to reproduce it by our selves. So something unique would be happening in your case.
