The stars disappeared

  • Hello,

    Since the last update, the stars disappeared on my blog posts. Any idea why? (“Posts” and “Pages” are checked)

    If its a custom post type, you will need to select the locations in the plugin options.

    Hello,

    It’s not a custom post. It’s a classic blog article. I tried to check everything in “Locations” in the settings but I still can’t see the starshttps://democryptos.com/2021/10/31/le-cours-de-la-crypto-squid-game-explose-280-000-en-quelques-jours/
    Same issue with the pages and so on.

    Can you please help me? It was working well with the previous version. As you can see, we can fin the schema.org datas in the the source code

    Is there a notification in the admin that states “kk Star Ratings has pending migrations”?

    No, no notification at all… I updatred the plugin and still no stars. Any other idea?

    I am not aware of the message “update done”. When and where does that message appear. If you can not access the admin, you may remove the plugin and reinstall 5.1.4

    For now, revert back to 5.0.3. I will look into it tomorrow
