The SMTP not working at checkout page.Throwing error

I setup WP mail SMTP perfectlly and the test mail was sending fine. But its not working at woocommerce checkout page. after i click on place order it keeps on loading and i receive the notification of order placed after almost 90 seconds. Order placed but customer is not redirected to Thank you page. It threw an error and stuck on checkout page. This is not happening when i disable this plugin. ofcourse after i disable it i will not receive the notification.

Is it a WordPress Multisite installation?
Please find an error log of your server, where PHP is logging all of its errors (you might need to ask your hosting support to provide you with it) and post here last records that you see in that file right after you got that error on front-end. You might need to enable WP_DEBUG too.No its a WordPress singlesite installation.
What happens is when i deactivate the plugin. I can see the Thank you page after checkout without any problem.(i dont receive any emails)
When i activate the plugin. Thank you page not showing after checkout. Its stuck at checkout page ( but i receive the emails after 1minutes of loading confirmting that order is placed.)error logs
