The slider does not cover the whole page

  • Hi, how do I make the slider to stretch from one side to the other without leaving any gap? I want the image to cover the whole screen. Right now, it’s like a box. The slider image does not follow the menu bar. The menu bar does cover the whole screen, which I want the same with the slider image. How do I do that? I thank you in advance!

    You can get it by doing following procedure….

    Go to your Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Slider Settings -> Choose a Home Image Slider………… Here you’ll see a drop down menu. Select Fullwidth Slider from here.

    Please let me know if you could solve your problem.

    Thanks for your reply! I know that option as well. But because I want it to show the slider of latest posts. So, if I choose Fullwidth Slider, then it won’t show latest post slider. Then I have to upload images instead. So, this option doesn’t work. Thanks anyway for your help!

    Hey Buppha,

    Just so you know, there are no options to have a blog slider display fullwidth like that within the constraints of the free theme.

    You may be able to find a plugin that will allow for this though!
