The sitemap.xml file is empty after the update. I have All in One SEO Pack 2.9.1., WordPress 4.9.8, template Twenty Twelve version: 2.5, PHP version 7.0.19.

Thank you for following up.
I’d recommend not using that plugin. It does not appear to be under active development, and that problem it has is a simple coding error.
