The site redirected you too many times. Unexplainable.

I’m new to wordpress. I’ve been spending the past week trying to set everything up. Now I’m running into an issue where the sites domain is erroring with “oniclights.com redirected you too many times”. I’ve been pulling my hair out for the past hours trying to solve this.
How everthing is setup:
– Domain registered with namecheap.
– Nameservers set to cloudflares.
– Cloudflares dns settings:
– Cloudflares ssl set to “flexible”.
– www.remarpro.com “general” settings/options:I can’t for the life of me figure out why this is happening. Setting the “site address” to my networks bare ipv4 address with no domain works fine. I’ve tried turning off ssl and using http for everything instead which doesn’t work either.
