    Hi every one. I am a beginner. I tried to Activate all of my login keys at once, but now my site is completely down and dead!!! I cant get into my Admin page or anywhere at all!!! I heard there is Otto program which could help me out with my problem. I Installed it on my laptop but it does not open or function either. I am completely stock and can not use my site!!!! Any page I try to go to I get this error message!!! I am blocked from every corner on my site! I did not get any messages into my email eitheer.

    Hi @despommares, sorry to hear your site is down! To see if Plugin Detective can help you get back up and running, you’ll want to download the zip file, unzip it, and then install the directory manually.

    Move the folder plugin-detective into wp-content/plugins/ so it’s located at wp-content/plugins/plugin-detective

    then you’ll want to go in your browser directly to that plugin, so go to https://YOURSITEHERE.com/wp-content/plugins/plugin-detective/troubleshoot/

    and you’ll be prompted to log in and then proceed with the troubleshooting process.

    I asked word press customer service on my site and they helped me to open my site! Im very happy now ??
