    Hi, support,

    My issue is quite simple but I have no flipping ideas what to fix it. I have disabled all plugins and reactivate one by one until Woocoommerce that caused the error which I will describe below:

    (you can replicate the error by going to my site and do a mock registration as a new user)

    1. Under account tab > register (native wp)
    2. wp send activation email for example:

    To activate your user, please click the following link:

    https://agentworks.com.au/wp-activate.php?key=06e1e2ac3820f470

    After you activate, you will receive *another email* with your login.

    3. Click on the link to activate

    4. error:

    The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

    I have checked with my host and they can’t help me and said to contact Woocommerce
    I updated to latest Woocommerce.

    Could you please point me to the right direction please

    Have you added any snippets to the theme? Code anywhere? That’s usually whats going to happen here. Especially since you’ve turned off all plugins. But have tried switching themes to a default theme temporarily to see if the cause is indeed inside your current theme?

    Try that.

    thank you so much, Stef. I have tried to use the default wp theme but still unresolved. I have also contacted my host and my theme support. I am hoping to get it to resolve soon as it had been two days.

    Are you able to get in at all and grab a system report?

    Woocommerce > Status > Get System Report

    Paste that here

    Do you have access to your database and FTP?

    I just followed the steps you outlined and managed to activate my account without any problems:

    I am so sorry guys,

    The issue had been resolved. The guys from Siteground had assisted us in pinning the problems and one of the outdated plugin that had caused the issue. Woocommerce is working fine!
