The site in the network

I use the Enigma-parallax, as I edited php private parts, I installed the network, I would like to use the Enigma-parallax for their both sides. The problem is that I do not want to use some things from php code in its second page, where it also was an Enigma-parallax.

I wonder how can I make the same theme is loaded into the themes folder or called “Enigma-parallax-1” on which to execute some changes, because the network can not independently edit php per page, it is linked to the network and every change affects all pages that are linked with Enigma-parallax
