the simulator is not working on the product page

    Hello,

    I’m not able to use the simulator, I’ve done several tests.
    I disabled WP Rocket’s full cache, I even located the .js from pisol and ignored it too, but nothing works….

    Could you check there on the website what could it be?

    woocommerce dont load this file on simple product page and neither theme load them

    so i think it can be speed optimization pluing or some other pluing in your site that is loading this file on all product page this file is only suppose to be loading on variable product page only

    I will suggest you to find the pluign that is loading it : deactive all other pluing on your site (leaving this pluing and woocommerce working) and switch to wordpress theme on your staging site

    and once it start to work you can start activating pluing one by one and keep checking when the feature breaks

    Awesome, I’ll do that test.

    Because I also deactivated wp rocket, I even tried deleting the files again….and it didn’t work, and I even deactivated cloudflare, and nothing seemed to work….very strange =/

    But I’m going to follow your tips, like it or not, it’s always the best way, deactivating everything and activating and analyzing it.

    Man, I deactivated all the plugins… and even so, it didn’t happen, or it’s something in the theme (which I didn’t touch) or some bug on the site…

    Anyway, now I put this simulator, and it’s working correctly.

    On my site here, this plugin will have to stay.
