The shortcode is not loading the ticker on page

    We installed and config the plugin on sandbox site, a Flatsome working on aprovacao.website/acdi/neura and the plugin runs fine!!!
    But when we installed on definitive URL , acdineurobranding.com.br/neura-2/ (the same site) the shortcode is not loading the ticker.
    There are no error on inspect element too.
    Have you some trick that could help us?

    Please double check and make sure the plugin is installed and activated on the acdineurobranding.com site. That’s the only thing I can think of as to why the shortcode text is displaying as opposed to the rendered element.

    Let me know if this is not the issue.

    Yes, shure, is installed and active.
    After saved the permalinks once more, the shortcode is rendering
