The shipping (Plugin CDEK) calculator costs are extremely inaccurate!

  • Hello Artem Komarov… I need support for a couple of issues.
    I put the values, Тариф as ‘Экспресс лайт склад-склад’. Parcel size: 800g, 30*20*15.
    The first problem is, The plugin cost is higher than the original ckek.ru calculator. For example, Route: Rostov-on-Don to Rostov-on-Don; in your plugin, it showing 294 rubles! But the same values I checked out on the cdek.ru calculator, it shows 250 rubles! Why is this difference?

    The second important and the biggest problem is when I am increasing the product number (as multiple products) from 1 football to 2 footballs, the cost of the calculator increases 294 to 298 rubles just! only 4 rubles increasing! like this in every product, cost-increasing just 4 rubles! How to fix this?

    The last question is, How to show the ‘address dropdown option’ (country, Region, Locality) on the checkout page?

    There is a mistake in my “first problem”. I am correcting now. I found out that it depends on cdek tariff plan. you used the “express light” package but I checked the “express” package! That’s why it showing different rates! I got it now. SO I am sorry about this.! But here I found a new problem instead of it! and that is…
    When I am using another region of Russia except for Rostov-on-Don, The express light cdek point to cdek point pick up, the cost is extremely wrong! It showing 10 to 20 rubles less than the cdek point to door package! Please check it out from our store (sportsclick.ru) and please tell me how I can fix this?

    Hello,

    The plugin did not calculate anything by itself. All calculations happen on CDEK API site. The plugin simply displays CDEK calculation. Could you provide an example where all parameters like dimensions, weights, locations (to/from), and additional settings are the same but CDEK personal dashboard has a different cost rathe than plugin?
