The server is currently overloaded

    have the paid version of openai, the plugin worked for only 1 day, and then it just shows me the following message:

    “The server is currently overloaded with other requests. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if the error persists..”

    I already tried to reinstall the plugin, and nothing.
    Strange that it doesn’t seem to be overload, since other chatgpt plugins are working normally.

    That message is coming from OpenAI.

    It suggests that the OpenAI server is currently experiencing a high volume of requests and is unable to handle your plugin’s request at the moment. This can happen when many users are trying to access the server at the same time.

    However it is interesting that you are not having the same issue with other plugins. We are all making same and standard API call to the OpenAI.

    Is this happening all the time with our plugin or just time to time?

    Unfortunately there are only 2 things that I can suggest:

    1. Wait and try again later: The error message you’re seeing suggests that the issue may be temporary and caused by high traffic. You can try waiting a few hours or a day and then retrying the plugin to see if the issue has resolved itself.
    2. Contact OpenAI support: If the issue persists, you can contact OpenAI support through their help center at help.openai.com. They may be able to provide more specific advice on how to resolve the issue.

    I believe in your case I would contact with them as you are on a paid plan with them and most probably they can provide your more insights/logs about what happening.

    The error still exists. I have checked for consecutive days but still not fixed.
    Has anyone found a solution for this?
