A 400 Bad Request error indicates that the server was unable to understand the request that was made. This error is typically caused by a problem with the syntax of the request, such as invalid parameters or missing information.

I read elsewhere about needing to update the JQuery version, which version is required?

We recommend using jQuery 3.6.0 and we only support 2.2.4+ or 1.12.4+, so if you’re using an older version, you’ll need to update the jQuery version for your website in order to get it fixed.

If this doesn’t help, you can also try:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies – Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with requests. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help resolve the issue.
    2. Check for errors in the WordPress debug log – Enable debugging in WordPress, and then check the debug log for any errors related to the 400 error.
    3. Contact your hosting provider – If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact your hosting provider. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue further.

    I hope these suggestions help!
