The server has blocked my IP: shellshock attack.

My IP has been blocked by the hosting company on two different days, just when he was being made a import the plugin All-in-One WP Migration. I found quite a coincidence and I came here to ask if anyone else noticed this problem. The blockade was done after some errors in the import, with much delay in loading and HTTP Error. They said there was a malware attack called Shellshock. Somebody knows? I am unsure of using the plugin again for migration.
It had to edit the php.ini on the server, increasing the file size limit for upload.
If anyone suspect the reason for this lock, please let me know!
