The Sendbox plugin is not working on my site

    i just heard about the plugin and i installed it and configure it according to the documentation and it is not calculating the shipping fee, it just showing SENDBOX SHIPPING instead of the fee please i will appreciate if you can look into this as soon as possible THANK YOU
