The search header not working with wp bakery and woocommerce

  • Hello support, when I use the wp bakery in the total description in a product with woocommerce, the search header with Relevanssi – A Better Search not working.

    Please explain more. I don’t understand what the problem is. How exactly is the search header not working? What is supposed to happen but doesn’t?

    The search always works for all products, but when you add wp bakery to the product description for certain products, these products do not appear in the header search.

    Example: https://usaelectrodomesticos.com.co/producto/batidora-cocina-aid-artesano-4-7-lts-color-roja/

    This product was built with the wp bakery before appearing in the header search, now it does not even appear by the sku: KSM150PSER Just don’t load the search.

    Try this code: EC260BK This product does appear. I have reindexed in the settings, but nothing works, the plugin stops working when I put the wp bakery in the product description in woocommerce.

    I would appreciate your help.

    What does “when you add wp bakery to the product description” mean exactly? Does that mean using WP Bakery shortcodes in the product description?

    Do you have the excerpts enabled in Relevanssi settings? If you have, try disabling that. If you’re not using the excerpts, please enable the Debugging mode in the Relevanssi debugging settings.

    Is Relevanssi set on purpose to ignore the post content? For the “Batidora KitchenAid” post, the post content is not indexed: only title, taxonomies and the SKU. Is that correct?

    As far as I can tell, Relevanssi is functioning correctly on your site. I don’t know why the live search fails to work. The live search is a WoodMart feature, not a Relevanssi feature, and as I have no access to WoodMart, I don’t know how it works or why it would behave like this.
