Inventory Plugin

I am looking for a solution. The company I work for was 100% on paper for EVERYTHING before I was hired and I quickly started getting us up to mostly electronic by means of WP and some great plugins. However I have been hitting a wall when it comes to a solution to some issues.

I need a plugin which is like an inventory program which I can completely customize every field. I would use this to track vehicles, who is assigned to that vehicle who HAS been assigned to that vehicle so I can have a historical record who who has had what vehicle and when.

I would love a front end edit option so I would have a page with a list of vehicle numbers then can click on each vehicle for a page with all the current and historical data. I would need a option to upload pictures of the vehicle and vehicle registrations.

Anyone run across something like this?
