The scheduled sale price end date doesn’t work

As a first step, you will want to do a conflict test to see if the issue is caused by a plugin/theme conflict with WooCommerce. Here are the steps for doing a conflict test:

If that doesn’t help, you’d want to take a look if there are errors on the WooCommerce Logs. Kindly provide us the following:

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).

Hi @angizeshi,

Thanks for sharing your system status.

I can see you updated WooCommerce to the latest version. This was a good move as running outdated versions can cause all sorts of issues.

Just to clarify, the sale end date goes through the end date, not up until. This means if your end date is 10/02/2022 the sale will run until 10/02/2022 23:59:59 at the site’s set timezone.

It could be that it will end a bit later due to delays with WP-Cron which is how WordPress handles scheduling time-based tasks. But it should however revert to the original price.

Please monitor the situation and let us know what you find out.
